Auto Club Event -March 2011

First Course~ SALAD~ Coleslaw of Gala apple, sweet carrots and cabbage in a creamy tart dressing.

MAIN COURSE~ Traditional Irish Corn beef, O'Brian Potatoes and Broccoli in a mushroom herb sauce.~
DESSERT~Angel food cake in a lime sauce topped with whipped cream and chocolate almond slivers.~
